Acceptance
By using 1A3 Accounts Performance (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
The Service is a read-only reporting tool that uses TikTok Login Kit and the Display API to compile performance data for TikTok accounts that have authorized access. It does not post content or modify accounts.
Account authorization
You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for obtaining that authorization and for complying with TikTok's terms when you connect an account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to retrieve, or use it in violation of applicable law or the TikTok Developer Terms.
Availability
The Service depends on third-party APIs and is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties. We may modify or discontinue it at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
